When you really, actually, LOOK at something, its amazing. You can do it any way you want. I found out two ways though, and I'm fine with them.
2. Cherished Spots
Well, not so much enjoying the moving part. Because who LIKES to move, right? Moving is leaving behind memories, a place that you hold dear. Moving is like hell. You can do all you want to stop it, you can run away, you can cry, scream, pout, rebel, change your life, anything. But it won't help.
Those cherished spots, your memories, are what keep a person sane in my opinion. It can be just a simple thing. Such as watching the sun set over the ocean, or baking with your family, or ever just sitting out in the rain. Rain can be cleansing. Its as though all the pain in your life is washed away, just for those few minutes or hours. But it's never really gone, just hiding for the time.
Now there are a few things I do know about life. I remember a time that one of my closest friends got betrayed. And what I told him? It was something on the lines of this:
"I have been through Hell and Back! I have seen tornadoes, earthquakes. I have watched family die. I watched my friends get hurt. My Aunt committed suicide. I have literally come face to face with the devil and LIVED! And you're worried about your SISTER being gay?! YOU ASSHOLE!"
And......I MAY have said some.......other things.....
Now the point of that wasn't supposed to make you mad, or sad. It was supposed to say a few things about myself. For a young teenager, I know a lot about life. And one thing you have to learn to accept, it will ALWAYS get worse. But if you have the right people, you can survive. You may come out with a few bumps and bruises, but you WILL survive.
I also know, that when you hit rock bottom, you cant go any further; it can't get any worse. You can get punched in the face with reality, tell yourself its not that bad, but the truth will always prevail. And once you dwindle on the past a bit, or rock bottom, the only way to go, is up.
You may fall a few times, you may break, or get broken by others, you may stop in your tracks, but it will all work out. Life is full of happiness, sadness, anger, guilt, depression, laughter, annoyance; life is filled with emotion. Emotion is what has founded me, and everyone else. So there will be challenges, but we WILL make it better.
Now, I'm no religious freak, but my grandparents, my friends, my sister, my mom, they have all told me one thing.
"We are all created in the image of god, so we are all equal. Though many do not wish to see that."
So if we are all created equal, then we are all the same, right?
There is a WHOLE FUCKING WORLD of differences.
You just have to know how to look for them.
